Nikola Tesla, a genius, a man before his time, a man whose contributions to the world of technology cannot be surpassed. It was because of Nikola Tesla that electricity passes through our buildings and lights up the night sky. Only, those who have usurped his brilliance have done a great injustice not only to his memory but to the world.
Tesla's AC (alternating current) power system used on a wide basis in the beginning could have replaced coal powered steam generators and the need to rely so heavily on fossil fuels. Imagine the possibilities when using his system as he intended. The environmental and economic benefits. (The climate crisis would not be!) The freedom to have access to clean free energy. The energy that is all around us!
However, it was not to be. In March 1895, Tesla's lab was destroyed in a fire along with all of his plans, notes, photographs, laboratory data and tools that were valued at $50,000. It is hard not to believe it was sabotage. The war between DC and AC raged from the moment Nikola Tesla stepped into Thomas Edison's lab and let his brilliance flow. Steam turbines, wireless energy, bladeless turbines, solar, geothermal, remotes, dynamos, robotics, x-rays, radio... an astounding resume of genius now unknown to many.
This video reveals the life, work and brilliance of Nikola Tesla and his contributions to the world. Please watch and pass it on. It is a great lesson regarding what happens when true genius falls victim to the whims of those seeking to keep the world in the dark.
